At Nayia Winery, we believe that great wine is made first in the vineyard.

When the grapes are grown with care, respect for the land, and attention to detail, the work in the winery becomes simpler. Nature does most of the work we simply guide it.

Our goal is not to produce industrial wines that taste the same every year. Instead, we craft wines that express their terroir, the unique character of the land, the climate, and the vintage. Each year tells a slightly different story, and we celebrate those differences.

Wine should reflect the place it comes from, and at Nayia Winery every bottle carries the identity of the land and the people behind it.

The Enologist

The enologist is the quiet architect behind every wine.

From the soil to the final sip, this is the person who transforms grapes into a sensory journey. Through careful observation, experience, and intuition, the enologist selects the best parcels, determines the right moment to harvest, and guides fermentation and maturation.

Every decision from grape selection to fermentation methods and filtration shapes the final expression of the wine.

Through these artisanal choices, aromas, textures, and flavors emerge that allow you to experience the land itself. If you close your eyes, you can almost see the landscape where the grapes were grown.

The Service Team

The service team is the face of Nayia Winery.

They welcome visitors, guide tastings, share stories, and create memorable experiences for every guest. They introduce the wines, explain the labels, and bring the story of Nayia to life.

For many visitors, they are the first and most important connection to the winery.

The Support Team

Behind every successful winery is a dedicated support team.

From assistants working alongside the enologist to the people who maintain the cellar, prepare the equipment, and keep the winery running smoothly their work ensures that every detail is handled with care.

An engineer, traveler, and storyteller, the founder brings together passion, innovation, and respect for tradition.
