THE HARVEST EXPERIENCE

Winemaking should not happen behind closed doors.

Each year visitors will be invited to participate in the most exciting moments of the vintage.

The Harvest
Hand-picking grapes directly in the vineyard.

The Crush
Destemming, crushing, and tasting the fresh juice of the new vintage.

The Wine
Tasting young wines from tanks and barrels and experimenting with blending.

The Celebration
Music, food, wine, and laughter as the vintage is completed.

Participants will also receive bottles from the previous vintage and from the wine they helped create a small reminder of the harvest they were part of.

It is not an easy job.
But someone has to do it.
