We have dedicated approximately fifteen years to design, research, development, and waiting for the necessary permits and approvals to implement this project. We have committed thousands of resources in both time and money only to end up with this disappointing rejection, which has serious financial and practical consequences. We would not have committed any resources at all if we had been told from the outset that we would not be granted the permit, as had been discussed both in writing and verbally. It is important for us (for every investor) to consider what can be done from here on out as soon as possible.
